Cherrapunji is more than a destination. It is an atmosphere, a feeling, and a memory written in rain. Imagine standing amidst the mist-covered hills of Cherrapunji, just after a rainfall. The earth is wet, the forest is soaked, leaves glisten with moisture and the cool mountain air carries the unmistakable scent of damp soil, moss and rain-washed woods.
CHERRAPUNJI captures this very moment.
Inspired by the extraordinary natural landscape of India’s rain-soaked hills, this fragrance is an olfactory journey through wet earth, dense green forests, drifting mist and the quiet warmth of Indian sandalwood.
We didn’t want to create a perfume that simply smells like rain. We wanted to create a perfume that makes you remember being somewhere after the rain.

THE FIRST BREATH - COOL EARTH & RAIN WASHED GREENERY
The journey begins with the remarkable pairing of Ruh Khus and Attar Mitti, sourced as specially selected, high-quality natural distillates from a renowned Indian distiller. Their character brings an authentic dimension to the fragrance, the cool, green, earthy freshness of vetiver meeting the unmistakable scent of rain-kissed soil.
Bergamot, Spearmint and Elettaria Cardamom add a refreshing aromatic sparkle, recreating the sensation of cool mountain air brushing against your skin after a rainfall.

THE HEART - DEEP WITHIN THE DAMP FOREST
As the fragrance unfolds, a distinctive Rain Accord emerges, accompanied by a Damp Forest Accord. This is not the sweetness of an aquatic fragrance or the familiar character of marine freshness. It is the smell of wet leaves, moist rocks, forest vegetation and the earthy atmosphere of a landscape wrapped in mist.
Oakmoss Absolute adds a beautiful dark-green, mossy depth, giving the composition a more mysterious and natural forest character. A delicate touch of Orris brings refinement and elegance, balancing the rawness of the earthy accords.

As CHERRAPUNJI settles on the skin, its freshness gradually merges into a beautiful Moist Woody Accord. Think of damp tree bark, rain-soaked woods and the deep green character of mountain forests, softened by the creamy warmth of authentic Indian Sandalwood, specially selected from the same Indian distiller.
